Troubleshooting login issues

Memrico uses a one-time passcode (OTP) for secure access. You can enter either your email address or your mobile phone number to receive a confirmation code. Once you receive the code, enter it in the sign-in window to access Memrico. Each confirmation code is valid for 15 minutes before it expires.

If you are unable to log in with your email, try using your phone number, or vice versa. When you register for Memrico, you can choose either method. If you still cannot sign in, ask the friend who invited you to confirm that the invitation was sent to the correct email address or phone number.
